Do you provide meal plans?
NO!! I know, that would be perfect, right? WRONG! Meal plans do not allow for flexibility, personal preferences, or the creation of new habits. However, I WILL teach you how to make sustainable changes, enjoy foods YOU love, and improve your mindset around food creating a long-term transformation.
What if I have never tracked macros before?
Don’t worry! We all start somewhere. If you’ve never tracked macros before and want to learn how, I’m here to help. Tracking can be an amazing tool that helps ensure your body is getting the nutrients it needs, while getting you the results you want!
I see your software syncs with Fitbit devices, does it also work with Apple watch or Garmin?
Due to licensing, the Beyond Measure software has the capability to sync with Fitbit devices. However, this will not impact your experience, as we will any of the data during your weekly check in.
Who do you work with?
We provide individualized nutrition and wellness coaching exclusively for women over the age of 19.
How do we communicate, and how often?
As a client, you will have access to our custom client login portal. This is where we will communicate! Here, you will submit your client check-ins, receive feedback, and ask questions as they arise. You’ll submit your photos, measurements, and individualized questionnaire weekly, on a specified day. Coaching services are 100% online.
If you are a Beyond Measure Lifestyle Enhanced client, you will also have text, voice, and video support!
What if I decide to cancel?
Coaching is a long term relationship, evolving with your goals. If you wish to cancel after the initial three month commitment, you can do so with 3 days minimum notice of your subscription renewal date.
